As part of our pop-up dinner series of events, we are privileged to include a very special one-off in the form of independent cook and food writer Peter Bayless (winner of Masterchef 2006) as part of our programme. Peter has generously agreed to invite 10 guests into his home especially for Lewes OctoberFeast for a delicious three-course meal which will include meat and vegetarian options (see below for the full menu).
Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to find out why Peter's food is so sought-after, brought to you at a special rate for OctoberFeast. As this is such a special Pop-Up Dinner, the membership rate will be slightly higher than the rest of our events, and you'll be hard pushed to experience such fine dining in an intimate setting anywhere else.
Pop-Up dinner hosts do not provide wine, so it’s up to you to bring a bottle that you feel would best accompany this unique occasion.

Trio of Beddingham Charleston lamb: Herb-crusted rack, confit shoulder and panéed breast with rosemary and red wine jus, served with potato fondant, cauliflower cream and root vegetable compote

Golden Cross goats cheese baked in a vegetarian pastry case served with beetroot mayonnaise made with local free range eggs and Sussex Gold cold-pressed rapeseed oil and salad garnish
