Do you or someone you know make the best Scotch Eggs in the world? The tournament is open to all-comers, professional and amateur cooks alike. There are three categories: Traditional, Experimental and Vegetarian, and you may enter as many as you like. Entry is free, but please register in advance so that your egg recipe can be perfectly matched by a highly qualified team of experts to its own special beer. Bring along three scotch eggs to be cooked to order. We request that you use only free-range eggs and meat.
