A hands-on bread making workshop with Robin van Creveld, offering expert tuition and support, breads and recipes to take home, and fun, food and friendship. The sour dough adventure continues with a session on free standing sourdough loaves. Improve your dough craft and refine your baking systems. Bake a chewy wheat cob and a malt and rye loaf. Suitable for novices and enthusiasts alike, and includes a lovely lunch.
